Washington Dulles International Airport Taxicab Advisory Panel

The Washington Dulles International Airport Taxicab Advisory Panel was established by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority to review and advise the Airports Authority about the handling of customer and cabdriver comments, compliments or complaints about the Washington Flyer Taxi operation.

The Panel consists of a representative from each of the Washington Flyer Taxi management companies (total of three), a representative from the Washington Flyer Taxi dispatch company, two public representatives, a driver representative from each of the Washington Flyer Taxi fleets (total of three), a representative from Dulles Airport management, a representative from the Airports Authority Legal Department, a representative of the Airports Authority Police Department and a Panel Chair selected by the Airport Manager.
